More than 24 hours in advance of your departure

You may modify the time & date of your departure as many times as you like. Reschedules are permitted within the same calendar year.

There are no refunds for cancellation of your ticket, however we encourage you to re-schedule as required to ensure you can still visit Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Less than 24 hours in advance of your departure

Bookings cannot be changed or modified.

Many visitors plan their vacation around hiking at Moraine Lake, and shuttles are the only way to access the area. To ensure other guests have enough time to plan their visit and reserve available seats, we are unable to modify your booking within 24h of departure.
